Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Our Chapter enjoys getting involved in Zeta Tau Alpha's national philanthropy, Breast Cancer Awareness and Education, by hosting various events on campus to get both our members and the community involved. Our largest event, the Pink Tie Brunch, occurs during the spring semester and is a chance for members and their families to connect and get involved. Our members had a great time meeting each other's parents and learning more about why our philanthropy is so important.

During Breast Cancer Awareness month this year, October, every Friday our sisters passed out our famous pink ribbons and raised money to be donated to the cause. We were also able to give our pamphlets full of information about our involvement in Breast Cancer Awareness and Education on the national level.

Our other philanthropic involvement is THON. In 2022, we were able to raise $410, 126.29 for the kids. Our year-round efforts to raise money for the cause allow us to contribute such a significant amount to Four Diamonds. We also hold an annual brunch, another opportunity to connect as an organization and spend time with our THON families.
